ALL OF THE LIGHTS! I got to experience Yayoi Kusama's Infinity Mirrors

If you've been on social media at all for the last few months, there's no doubt that you've seen photos of your friends in these sexily sparkling rooms of magic. This is because there is a temporary exhibit at the Hirshhorn Museum in Washington, DC - Yayoi Kusama: Infinity Mirrors. Though getting tickets to this exhibit is about as difficult as getting the U.S. President to release his tax returns, many people were able to snag some before the exhibition ends in mid-May.  I was lucky enough to have a friend who had his trigger finger ready at noon, last Monday.

Note: The tickets open every Monday right at noon...and they are gone within seconds. So, have your trigger fingers ready! Choose "First Available," because if you try to get picky and choose a specific date and time, you will most likely be out of luck. Trust me...choose "first available" and then make your schedule work.

Since I just want to get right to the photos, you can read about the exhibition HERE.

The very last room you visit before leaving the exhibition is the colorful dot-covered Obliteration Room.
